The company behind InspectAI.

Automating DNA is a software company based in Florida, founded in 2025. We build SaaS products and B2B automations for service businesses: the contractors, shops, and field teams whose days are won or lost on estimates, follow-ups, and scheduling.

Our flagship product is InspectAI, AI photo estimate software for contractors. A customer sends photos of the problem, the software drafts the estimate from the business's own pricing, a person on the team reviews and approves it, and the customer books and pays from one link. InspectAI is a product of Automating DNA, designed, built, and operated by us.

The company exists because the pattern kept repeating: capable businesses losing hours every week to quoting and paperwork that software should have been doing. Managed services work put us inside the daily operations of medical practices, law firms, and small businesses across Florida, and the same bottleneck showed up everywhere.

We are a small company on purpose. The same people who build the product answer for it. When a business hires us for a custom build, they work with the team that built InspectAI, and when a product decision gets made, it gets made by someone who has read the support inbox.

Automating DNA was founded by James Higgins and Brandyn Funk. The two of them design, build, and operate the company's products, including InspectAI.
